Bubbleology

Bubbleology shares the delicious science of Bubble Tea. Served warm or cool, Bubble Tea drinks have a red, white or green tea base which are infused with fruit flavorings, with the unique and hugely addictive addition of Tapioca pearls at the bottom. These Tapioca pearls – or “Boba” as affectionately termed – have an almost “gummy bear” texture, being zero fat with a delicious caramel undertone and become infused with the flavor of the tea itself.
