Awkward – A Group for Middle School Girls

Middle school can be a lot.
Big feelings, awkward moments, self-doubt, and trying to figure out where you fit.
If your daughter is feeling overwhelmed, overthinking everything, or just feeling unsure of herself, she’s not alone.
AWKWARD is a small, supportive group for 6th to 8th grade girls who want to feel more confident, more connected, and more okay with being exactly who they are.
Together, we’ll explore:
- friendship and what makes it work
- how to handle uncomfortable moments
- boundaries and building self-respect
- social anxiety and real-life stress
- how to be kinder to ourselves, even when life feels messy
