Thai Cooking Party at ChefScape

Join the party and learn tips and tricks to creating Thai food in your own home. Cocktail and 4 courses round out your fun evening. If you haven’t come to one yet, now you have time to book a super fun, interactive night with friends, a date, family and some nice strangers who will become friends by the end of the night!
For the February class, you’ll start with a delicious Thai cocktail while you snack on special Cumin Spiced Cashews.
Next you’ll learn how to make chicken and Shrimp Cakes and enjoy them with a Spicy Rhubarb Dipping Sauce.
For our salad, you’ll be making Thailand’s famous Som Tom Salad. It’s a green papaya salad with an interesting technique in the making of it.
The main dish will be Yellow Curry with Fish and Vegetables. Made from scratch, you’ll begin to understand the secrets to making an amazing authentic Thai Curry. You’ll enjoy this over Jasmine Rice.
For dessert, Heather will do the cooking and you can just sit back and enjoy a Makrut Lime Creme Brûlée and revel in all your new-found wisdom.
