Village at Leesburg Welcomes Four New Tenants
Two new retailers, a wellness tenant and dog daycare/boarding
LEESBURG, Va., March 14, 2022—Village at Leesburg (located on Route 7 just east of Leesburg, Va.,) announced four new tenants are joining the more than 60 boutiques, restaurants and entertainment experiences already at the property. These tenants join Wegmans, CMX Cinemas, Bowlero and more.
“The addition of these merchants allows for us to provide a diverse amount of choices for visitors while continuing to invest in our local community by supporting small and women-owned businesses,” said Susan Bourgeois, executive director of Leasing & Brokerage at Rappaport, the company that owns, manages and leases Village at Leesburg.
Sienna Sky Boutique recently opened (1607 Village Market Blvd., SE, #118) and is open Tuesday through Fridays from noon to 6 p.m.; Saturday 10-7 p.m. and Sunday 11-5 p.m. Established in 2021, the women’s clothing store feature’s a variety of hand-selected styles and brands, as well as unique hair accessories. The 1,394 sq. ft. space has the “best feminine modern and minimalist clothing for the classic gal.”
Mochinut (1604 Village Market Blvd., SE, #120) is a 1,200 square foot mochi donut lovers delight. Open Monday to Saturday from 11 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m., the store features one of the most popular brands of mochi donuts—a combination of American donuts and Japanese mochi. The donuts are characterized by their light crisp coating combined with a soft and chewy inside. The store opened at the end of February.
My Wellness Physicians (located at 1604 Village Market Blvd., SE, #119) has taken 1,200 sq. ft. of space. The location will hold an open house on April 2, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and features weight loss and weight management programs via lifestyle changes, under the care of its trained, board-certified physicians.
The Playful Pack is another great addition to the neighborhood. Located at 1608 Village Market Blvd., #115, the 4,050 sq. ft. location will have daily hours from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. It offers doggy daycare and boarding with a mission to provide a place where dogs can be the healthiest and happiest possible. The company also works with multiple rescue organizations and helps foster dogs. The Playful Pack opens later this year.
