Construction Updates

The construction of Village at Leesburg is well under way. The new overpasses and three ramps are open to the general public with the 4th ramp opening in August. Russell Branch Parkway East is open to the general public. All 22 residential and retail buildings that are under contract are now under construction, and the office buildings along Route 7 are complete. The exterior of Wegman's is almost complete and is slated for a November 2009 grand opening. Leasing for the residential units will begin early fall. The official grand opening for Village at Leesburg is scheduled for spring of 2010.
